Sometimes you know what the product needs to do, but you need help defining the physical components that will make it work.

Your team may understand the application, chemistry, therapy, diagnostic use, or end-user need. But you may need additional engineering support for the molded component, housing, cap, container, plunger, delivery mechanism, or other functional part.

Sampling and Validation Support

Some customers need more than a completed mold. They need confidence that the mold and process are ready for production. Dynamic Group supports customers with mold sampling, short-run part production, process evaluation, and validation support.

Depending on your needs, we can help evaluate how the mold performs, produce sample parts, test process ranges, and support the documentation needed to move forward. For some customers, the right next step is a mold. For others, it is sampling, validation, production support, or all of the above. We help you define the path that fits your project.

Mold Transfer and Troubleshooting Support

If you are transferring a mold from another supplier, you may not know exactly what you are getting.

  • The tool may have wear.
  • The process may be unstable.
  • The documentation may be incomplete.
  • The part may be running, but not as efficiently or consistently as it should.
